Estimated time to read: 1 minute

Step One: Stop recording

Select the stop recording button when your class is finished. The stop recording button is in the same place you found the start recording option - More (three dots icon) > Record and transcribe > Stop recording.

Step Two: Leave the meeting

Select the down arrow next to the Leave button and choose to end the meeting. When prompted, choose End.

Leave vs. End meeting

It is important to select “End Meeting.”  If you only select “Leave” and you forget to stop the recording, then the meeting will continue, and so will the recording of student conversations if some students decide to stick around.

Step Three: Power off the display

Choose Press to Power Off Display on the Crestron panel. This will turn off the camera and projector.

Note: if your class is early in the day, you can skip this step since there will likely be another class scheduled after yours. If your class runs later in the afternoon or evening, please power off the display.

Press to Power Off Display on Crestron panel.

Step Four: Log off the podium computer

Under the windows menu in the bottom left corner of the computer screen, select the Georgian logo and choose to log off.
