Introduction
Turnitin is an excellent tool to help manage academic integrity. It is one of many strategies that can aid students with their writing and citing. It is important to note that Turnitin checks for similarity not for plagiarism. It is up to the user to review each document to ensure that content was properly sourced.

Create a Turnitin Assignment in Bb Ultra
Quickstart Guide:
- Go to your course where you want your Turnitin Assignment
- Under Course Content, click on the plus button and select Content Market
- Select Turnitin Assignment
- Fill in the settings and Optional Settings details
- Click submit
- And you will have added a Turnitin Assignment that is directly linked to your grade centre
- Students submit their work through the Turnitin link
- When you open their assignment to grade, it will open in a Turnitin window – once you enter a grade, it will automatically update in Bb
