Introduction
Welcome! Qwickly is a tool that saves you time as a teacher, by allowing you to do a variety of tasks that impact one or more of your courses at the same time. Have an announcement to two courses? No problem, you can create one message and send out to as many classes as you want in just a few clicks! You can also do this with a variety of other tasks, such as creating content, events, managing groups, emails, and checking for broken links!
Getting Started
- Open Blackboard to your Ultra navigation page (not a specific course)
- Select Tools
- Select Qwickly Course Tools
- From Qwickly's navigation page, you have the options to :
- Create Assignments across multiple assignments
- Create Content (PDF, links, instructions to students)
- Manage Groups
- Send Announcements across multiple classes
- Send Emails to multiple students across classes in a single message
- Changes Dates of any and all assignments
- Adjust Course Availability of any and all courses
