Introduction

The instructions below will assist staff of the Centre For Teaching and Learning to view and download statistics for self-directed learning modules in the CTL Central For Faculty Organization.

🗺️ Text Instructions

  1. Open the CTL Central for Faculty organization. 
  2. Click on "Gradebook".
  3. Click on the icon for the Completion Submission of the module of your choice.
  4. Click "Download Results".
  5. Click "Download" and the Submission Completion statistics will be downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet for review.
  6. In the Content area click on the ellipses (three dots) of the module of your choice.
  7. Click on "Participant Progress".
  8. Under Progress Summary statistics appear for # Marked Complete, # Started and # Unopened.
