Reauthorizing your WebEx/Blackboard integration

Introduction
If you've been away from the College for a semester or longer, or even if it has just been a while since you last logged in through Blackboard, your WebEx may present you with an error about authentication. Until resolved, you will not be able to proceed with setting up your online course meetings. Fortunately, the solution is simple.

- Open the WebEx tool from Blackboard to launch the LTI.
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the ‘log-out’ button
- Re-open the WebEx tool. This should present you with the Cisco WebEx login screen.
- Follow the on-screen steps to authorize the Blackboard-WebEx integration.
- Once complete, reload the page.
