PebblePad – How to export your work!
For continued access to e-portfolios (student, staff, or faculty):
You can continue to access your e-portfolios in PebblePad even after Georgian's contract with PebblePad ends. This is the same process a graduating student would follow. But you need to create a Personal Account before losing access to your institutional account.
To view the steps to activate a free alumni account, see: Pebble+ Free Alumni Accounts
- Log in to PebblePad using your Georgian credentials.
- Open the menu (top left) and go to Additional Settings.
- Select Free Alumni Account and follow the steps provided.
Once the Personal (alumni) Account is set up, all assets created at the institution will be transferred to the new account, allowing ongoing access.
To download copies of work in Assets (students, staff, or faculty):
In-progress or completed workbooks/ portfolios can be downloaded as a ZIP file including PDF of asset. The download can include associated images and document files. View How to Export Assets from PebblePad | Scribe.
Asset files not included in any portfolio or workbook (not in downloaded ZIP) can be downloaded separately. View How to Download an image file or document file from PebblePad | Scribe.
For ATLAS users (faculty):
You can extract and store (to a separate media) any user data which has been submitted to ATLAS during the contract term.
