Exporting a Course Package in an Ultra Course

Introduction
Exporting a course package allows instructors to save a zip file in their Georgian One Drive folder or on a memory stick for the purposes of importing the course package into a prep shell in the future.
🗺️ Text Instructions
- Open you course and, in the Course Content, click on the three dots (ellipses) in the top right hand corner and select Export Course Package.
- In the Export/Archive Course window, click on the Download icon.
- In the Include student activity data in your export? pop-up box, select Yes or No.
- Under Course Export Packages in the Manual section you will see that the download is In progress.
- You can also see the progress in the browser's Downloads pop-up box.
- Under Export/Archive Course you will see the zip file when the download it complete. This file is available for 365 days.
- Under Export/Archive Course right click on the zipped file name and select Save link as.
- Save the zip file on your Georgian One Drive in the desired folder or on a memory stick. This zip file can be imported into a prep shell in the future.
