Introduction

Exporting a course package allows instructors to save a zip file in their Georgian One Drive folder or on a memory stick for the purposes of importing the course package into a prep shell in the future.


🗺️ Text Instructions

  1. Open you course and, in the Course Content, click on the three dots (ellipses) in the top right hand corner and select Export Course Package.
  2. In the Export/Archive Course window, click on the Download icon.
  3. In the Include student activity data in your export? pop-up box, select Yes or No.
  4. Under Course Export Packages in the Manual section you will see that the download is In progress.
  5. You can also see the progress in the browser's Downloads pop-up box.
  6. Under Export/Archive Course you will see the zip file when the download it complete. This file is available for 365 days.
  7. Under Export/Archive Course right click on the zipped file name and select Save link as.
  8. Save the zip file on your Georgian One Drive in the desired folder or on a memory stick. This zip file can be imported into a prep shell in the future.
