Introduction 4SOR for Employees: 4SOR for Students: Need help?

Introduction

Four Seasons of Reconciliation provides essential knowledge about the relationship between Canada, Indigenous Peoples, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. It fosters a renewed relationship between Indigenous Peoples and Canadians through transformative learning about truth and reconciliation.

Developed by the First Nations University of Canada and Reconciliation Canada, Georgian College offers the program to both employees and students for free.

There are two versions of the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation: one for employees and one for students.

4SOR for Employees:

All employees can access the 4 Seasons of Reconciliation through SumTotal. To access it, click here: Four Seasons of Reconciliation for Employees

The employee version is self-directed and takes about three hours to complete. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate accredited by the First Nations University of Canada.

4SOR for Students:

The student version differs from the employee version and is delivered as SCORM modules, which are uploaded to Blackboard. Students complete the modules on Blackboard, and faculty can track their progress and interactions. There is no certificate for the student version.

You can access the SCORM file and instructions for uploading it to Blackboard by clicking on this link: Four Seasons of Reconciliation PKG for Ultra
