Manifesting as a Changemaker Model

You're invited to join us at RISE

You're invited to connect and network with peers and our research team related to our innovative Manifesting as a Changemaker model and toolkit for educators and community partners. 

The model (pictured at left) and tools have resulted from a multi-year research inquiry funded through the Canadian College Social Innovation Fund into how we might cultivate changemaking skills and mindsets for learners! As a valued educator and/or community leader, we would be delighted to share this newly-designed and soon-to-be distributed resource!

 

 

How can you connect?

Option 1: Connect with educators to see how you can use the Manifesting as a Changemaker model and tools

  • Date: Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024
  • Time: Drop in anytime between 12:30 and 3:30 pm
  • Location: Outside of the Research and Innovation Offices, 2nd floor, near the elevators, N-Building, Barrie Campus, Georgian College

 Option 2: Let's talk about our new Changemaker Model and Tools (*please register)

  • Date: Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024
  • Time: Information session from 4 to 4:20 pm and then network and connect from 4:20 to 4:50 pm
  • Location: N202, N-Building, Barrie Campus, Georgian College
  • What to expect: A short presentation, a networking session, snacks and beverages, and prizes!

Why Attend?

  • Access to Resources: Gain access to recently-developed resources related to the Manifesting as a Changemaker Model.
  • Networking Opportunity: Connect with local changemakers and expand your professional network.
  • 4 pm Session: Feel free to drop in at your convenience, but we encourage you to register in advance to secure your spot. Attend for the first 20 minutes to learn about the model.
  • Snacks and Refreshments: Enjoy delicious snacks and refreshments while mingling with fellow educators and community leaders.
  • Prize Giveaways: Get a chance to win exciting prizes during the session.
