Georgian’s H5P license will not be renewed
At the end of the 2024-25 academic year, Georgian’s H5P license and integration with Blackboard will not be renewed.
Faculty will continue to be able to source, adapt, and create H5P content through the eCampusOntario H5P Studio.
What you need to know:
- H5P content can still be embedded in your Blackboard course, but syncing with the gradebook will no longer be available.
- Any content residing in the H5P Blackboard integration will be lost when the college license expires.
- Faculty can move H5P content that they wish to keep to the eCampusOntario H5P Studio.
- Instructional Design Technologists in the Centre for Teaching and Learning are available to assist faculty with this transition!
